    Assessment

    Typically we asses your system onsite, though if you collect enough information and or photos we can asses over the phone or email. We endeavor to quote a fixed price where the scope of works is clear cut. Else we estimate the time and cost likely.

    Workshop Repairs

    In some cases Your PC or Mac may need to visit our workshop. We take the utmost care in ensuring that no damage or data loss occurs in most cases we can take a backup for you at your request before undertaking any agreed repairs.

    On-site services

    All our works where possible are done with you at your home or office. During the course of the work we keep you informed of what stages we are at and any additional findings. This is also a good time to pick our brain if you have any questions. we love tech and are happy to answer questions.

    Completion & Return

    During a service we enter all your works into our system to track time and expenses( typically parts). From this we raise your invoice providing you are happy that all works have been completed. Service is incredibly important to us see below our Guarantees.

1. How long does it take for a typical repair?

Our average repair time is 1 hour.

However Computer repairs are very much 99% research and 1% repair. With 15 years of experience we complete works faster usually due to the fact we have seen it before.

2. Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes we offer a 14 day full money back guarantee. This is offered after certain repairs do not provide stable medium to long term operation. Your customer satisfaction is more important as we want to build a ongoing partnership in supporting your technology.

3. Will I lose any information on my device?

No, we have a no delete policy.

Only you the client can delete files, If asked our tech will get you to press the delete key.  Where works could possibly result in data loss we make a drive image or backup first.

4. Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes,  We have been in operation since 2003 so its a good idea to book in as soon as possible. That said typically if you ring in the morning we have availability that day or worst case the following day.

5. Do you replace cracked or broken screens ?
